Must-have
15 years of facilities architectural design experience
Stamp and sign architectural construction documents
Strong working knowledge of IBC building codes
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software
Design experience for life sciences or food beverage industries
Nice-to-have
Experience coordinating with process engineers
Knowledge of ISO clean rooms and labs
Background in greenfield facility design
Willingness to travel for installation activities
Ability to lead technical discussions effectively
Key Requirements
Minimum 15 years of facilities architectural design experience
Registered Architect license in North Carolina (AIA)
Prior experience with hazardous/classified area code studies
Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary projects
