  • Lead a global engineering teams, defines test hardware technical roadmaps and oversees testing hardware (load boards, probe cards) and strategies for semiconductor products, focusing on First Time Right (FTR) silicon validation and high-volume manufacturing (HVM) readiness.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading test hardware design initiatives in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.
