Support HR initiatives that create a positive employee experience for Parsons employees globally by drafting internal communications and assisting with content development for key HR programs.
Support Parsons Connect, our global employee engagement program, by helping plan campaigns and drafting internal communications that drive awareness and participation.
Assist with our knowledge management program by organizing and updating content, documenting FAQs and best practices, and helping improve access to HR and employee resources.
