Must-have

  • 6-8 years in regulated medical device/pharma IT
  • Experience with cGxP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
  • Digital transformation and AI-enabled solution delivery
  • Stakeholder management across Quality, Regulatory, R&D
  • System development lifecycle documentation and validation

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with TrackWise, MasterControl, or SAP
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product-based delivery
  • Global deployment experience in matrixed organizations
  • Strong collaboration and influence without direct authority

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 6-8 years supporting technology in regulated functions
  • Working knowledge of computerized system validation (CSV)
  • Strong project and program coordination skills
