Must-have
3-5 years Scrum Master or Agile Coach experience
Proven experience with Scrum and SAFe frameworks
Strong mentoring and coaching abilities for cross-functional teams
Experience removing impediments and fostering self-organization
Knowledge of software development lifecycle
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with XP, Nexus, Scrum@Scale, or LeSS
Experience with PMP, Six Sigma, or Design Thinking
Technical background in software development
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Ability to present complex topics to varying organizational levels
Key Requirements
Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
3-5 years of proven experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
