Job Summary

  • The Director-Treasury Risk Management will play an integral role in shaping a strong Treasury Risk 2nd line of defense function as required per the Enhanced Prudential Standards.
  • This high visibility role requires closely partnering with Treasury, front line business leads, and global stakeholders to drive results and communicate risk throughout the organization.
  • The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 15 plus years Treasury or Treasury Risk management experience
  • Strong knowledge of liquidity stress testing
  • Working knowledge of EPS, ILST, NSFR, FTP regulations

Nice-to-have

  • HLR/CLR experience at a large financial institution
  • Experience managing team members
  • Masters degree in Finance preferred

Key Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Finance or relevant majors
  • 15 plus years of Treasury experience
  • Experience managing team members
