Responsibilities · Conduct 1-to-1 online/offline (@Novena) lessons · Conduct group online/offline (@Novena) classes · Create an engaging learning experience for students · Inspire and motivate students to excel in attaining their objectives for having tuition classes: be it exam preparation and academic improvement · Monitor learning progress and periodical exams · Prepare and deliver lessons that facilitate active learning experiences · Communicate clear objectives for students learning activities Requirements: · A good Diploma/Degree in Geography subject preferred · Familiar with government schools syllabus, or O/A Level, IGCSE or IB programme · Passionate in teaching and inspiring teenagers · High level of professional integrity and good work ethic · A team player and a self-starter, open to feedback and willing to take on new challenges. · Flexible, able to manage change and ambiguity well and able to work under tight deadlines. · Relevant teaching experience (preferred) · Adept in learning new educational tools and software where necessary · Able to work on evenings and weekends
