Job Summary
The Supervisor provides day to day leadership and support to approximately 11 front desk and scheduling team members.
In partnership with the Practice Manager and Program Director, this role supports staffing operations by assisting with team scheduling, coverage coordination, onboarding support, and payroll submission.
The Supervisor serves as an escalation point for operational and patient service issues, promotes accountability and service excellence across workflows, and supports ongoing training, coaching, and development of team members.
