• Maintain and service production equipment (Tank Truck, Blending, Filling) • Perform preventive maintenance and TPM activities and follow up with various vendors for equipment and instruments calibration (WS, WB, FM, TG, heat sealer) • Assist contract vendor to troubleshoot and repair production machinery and equipment issues • Liaise with various vendors to support upkeep of facility services such as air compressors, dryers, air-conditioning, plumbing, lighting and sprinkler systems • Fabricate jigs and fixtures to support manufacturing processes • Perform daily machine start-up checks for production and facilities equipment • Maintain maintenance records, downtime logs, permits and equipment checklists • Support minor repair requests from internal departments • Conduct basic operational training of new equipment or tools / jig for production operators Requirements: • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering • 1-2 years’ experience working in manufacturing environment, with preference for Petrochemical industry Interested candidates please forward resume in MS Word to royhuang@recruitexpress.com.sg Roy Huang Peijie CEI No: R1104471 EA License No. 99C4599 RCB No. 199601303W We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
