The selected candidate will serve as the central coordinator across all Enterprise Business Systems to ensure every deployment is strategically aligned and delivers measurable business value.

Base: $162,350 – $234,600; Bonus/Equity: Variable compensation opportunities available; Benefits: Health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off

Must-have
10+ years IT Architecture and Development experience
Strategic technology roadmap development
Agile project and software release management
CI/CD and configuration management expertise
Executive stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-have
SAFe or PMP certification preferred
Experience with SAP S/4HANA systems
SaaS application knowledge like Workday
Business Change Management driving adoption
Executive presentation skills at VP level
Key Requirements
10+ years experience in IT Architecture and Development

10+ years with CI/CD and configuration management
