Job Summary
The Associate General Counsel will support projects that are time-sensitive, highly visible inside and outside of the company, and key to AIG’s strategic initiatives.
Specific duties will include managing legal aspects of large U.S. and Global Service Warranty and Insurance programs, drafting and negotiating contracts, and preparing/reviewing various documents.

Base: $165,000-200,000 (for NY positions); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Key Requirements
Juris Doctor degree
U.S. state bar admission
7+ years of legal experience
Experience with service and warranty programs preferred
