Job Summary

  • This position functions to assist the licensed pharmacist in providing pharmaceutical services to patients while supporting nursing and medical staff.
  • The technician must prepare unit dose and intravenous medications for dispensing and make scheduled deliveries to appointed nursing units.
  • All technicians must comply with hospital rules and regulations while maintaining current PTCB certification throughout employment.
