Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years experience OR Associate degree and 5 years experience OR High School Diploma and 7 years experience
  • Minimum 1 year transcription experience
  • Knowledge of source language colloquial terms
  • Knowledgeable in SMS, social media, and Webchat
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Score of 3 or better on third-party Language Assessment
  • Strong MS Office computer skills
  • Type 45 words per minute
