The ICO RTR Specialist is responsible for managing and reconciling complex financial transactions between 3M entities ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
This role collaborates with internal teams across multiple geographies to support month-end close, reporting, reconciliation, and audit processes as part of the Global ICO RTR COE based in the Philippines.
