  • Provide direct supervision and leadership to Automation, Instrumentation/Controls and Maintenance associates in a high-tech, high-speed manufacturing environment.
  • Develop plant electrical and controls capabilities, identify improvement opportunities, and stay current on emerging automation technologies.
  • Manage backup, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery programs for controls and automation systems, and support Management of Change processes.
