NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Associate Collaboration Technical Services Systems Integration Specialist to ensure client solution requirements are met according to Service Level Agreements. The ideal candidate will have moderate experience in collaboration technologies, particularly with Cisco products, and will contribute to both technical implementation and client engagement.

Job Summary
This role is responsible for ensuring client solution requirements are resolved in line with Service Level Agreements while performing configurations and break/fix events.
The position requires moderate level experience with Cisco Unified Communications technologies including CUCM, Unity Connection, and Expressway in enterprise deployments.
Candidates must hold a valid CCNP Collaboration certification with a preference for Voice certification and possess a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.

Key Requirements
