Job Summary

  • Under the leadership of the P&C (HR) Systems Support Manager, the People Systems Support Analyst will provide support to P&C Systems Business Users for Regional, National and Support offices using our Global P&C Systems.
  • You will be a subject matter expert on the use of Global P&C Systems as a tool for P&C to meet its priority to ‘Transform P&C to increase agility, collaboration, innovation and effectiveness.’
  • Provide Level 2 SME support for all offices using Global P&C Systems received through the established channels of support.
