Key Requirements

  • 8+ years relevant work experience with Bachelor's Degree
  • 9+ years relevant work experience with Advanced Degree
  • 3+ years work experience with PhD
  • Expertise in human-centered and instructional design methodologies
  • Proven ability to leverage generative AI tools
  • Experience designing and optimizing front-end learner experiences with Generative AI
  • Mastery of authoring tools (e.g., Storyline, Rise)
  • Experience designing/developing/deploying learning solutions within LMS/LXP
  • Strong analytical skills for learning effectiveness evaluation
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Skilled at identifying and resolving project roadblocks
  • Proven ability to rapidly design, develop, and deploy learning solutions
  • Demonstrated adaptability, initiative, and resourcefulness
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and in agile teams
  • Experience with just-in-time, collaborative, and adaptive learning platforms
  • Background supporting global corporate organizations
  • Ability to translate content into engaging visual and multimedia learning experiences
  • Understanding of change management principles
  • Experience designing and delivering comprehensive upskilling programs
