Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Doctorate degree in data science or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in time-series forecasting and probabilistic programming
  • Deep knowledge of Python, SQL, PyMC, Pytorch, and Tensorflow
  • Experience with causal inference and hierarchical forecasting methods
  • Proven ability to build scalable forecasting platforms

Nice-to-have

  • Strong communication and executive storytelling skills
  • Experience in biotech/pharma healthcare commercial concepts
  • Knowledge of ML Ops, CI/CD, and engineering best practices
  • Background in operations research algorithms for supply chain
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and upskill the organization

Key Requirements

  • Doctorate degree plus 2 years enterprise experience OR Master's plus 4 years
  • 8+ years applying data science in enterprise environments with principal-level influence
  • Deep expertise in Bayesian forecasting and predictive modeling
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business measurable value through models
