  • Reset the Program: The Director will define and implement our internal comms plan, operating cadence, channel strategy and quality bar to be consistent and proactive while delivering operational excellence at pace.
  • Lead High-Impact Moments: Lead our Company Town Halls and other critical company-wide communication moments. We want these to be high-quality, interactive productions that employees want to watch.
  • Lead the Team: Manage and mentor a team of communicators. You’ll set a high bar for precision and "roll-up-your-sleeves" execution while building team capability, strong editorial standards and scalable ways of working.
