Job Summary

  • The role involves forming 1:1 partnerships with members to help them become stronger researchers, leaders, and strategic thinkers.
  • All coaches must participate in an ICF-certified coach training program to master the Mento Coaching Methodology before working with members.
  • Candidates are expected to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching for a period of at least 24 months.
