  • Ensure assembly lines operate according to quality, quantity, and safety standards to meet the production program, and manage personnel to maintain continuous operation flow.
  • Administer pre-payroll for staff, ensuring accurate capture of attendance, permits, vacations, overtime, and other incidents to avoid errors in operational payroll.
