Forest Grove Post Acute is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of a 10th-grade education and have a CNA license in accordance with state laws.

Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Key duties include assisting residents with daily functions, monitoring vital signs, maintaining resident comfort, and reporting any changes in condition or incidents.
