Base: $60,000.00 - $97,125.00 annually; Bonus: $1,000 sign-on bonus for specific licenses; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, pension, 401(k), paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
18 months auto collision estimating experience
CCC or Mitchell estimating software proficiency
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Nice-to-have
Strong attention to detail for precise estimates
Excellent time management skills
Empathetic customer service approach
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Obtain adjuster/appraiser license within 60 days
Active appraiser or adjuster license in TX, FL, or resident state for bonus eligibility
