Job Summary

  • Leads the recruitment and new student enrollment functions on each campus; provides leadership and operational direction to staff members including admissions counselors and administrative support personnel.
  • Develops territory management plans for effectively recruiting traditional and non-traditional populations for both campuses; directs efforts to identify and enroll students in target markets and key academic programs.
  • Works collaboratively with the Office of Marketing and Communications to support the execution of the strategic recruitment marketing plan for the Mansfield and Newark campuses with a keen awareness of trends impacting all regional campuses.
