The position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid after 6 months contingent on attendance and charting requirements, along with 401(k), medical, dental, vision insurance, paid vacation, sick time, and competitive pay with night shift differential.
The work schedule is 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 3 days a week with every other weekend and on-call rotation, promoting work-life balance in a less noisy and chaotic environment with strong teamwork.
