The role will empower engineers, recruit, hire and mentor directs, acting as a coach and guide to foster professional development and success within scrum teams.
Key responsibilities include acting as an advisor and coach, performance managing directs, sourcing and hiring candidates, and aligning engineers to corporate strategy.
