Job Summary
Responsible for leading, structuring, and optimizing the integral process of Technical Auditing in fixed networks (FTTH, HFC, DTH and External Plant), ensuring the disciplined execution of the contractor technical control model and continuous improvement in service quality.
Acts as a formal technical interface between Audit, External Plant, Operations, and contractors, ensuring that identified findings translate into effective corrective action plans, reduction of recurrences, and optimization of technical performance.
This role is key to guaranteeing weekly and monthly compliance with the percentage of audits defined by the company, as well as generating visible and sustainable improvements in the quality of the last mile and external plant infrastructure.
