Base: $130,000-$160,000; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus plan available; Benefits: Health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k), Flexible Time Off

Must-have
6-8+ years in real estate development or construction
Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management degree
Experience leading teams of architects, engineers, and contractors
Proficiency in Primavera Scheduling Software
Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation
Nice-to-have
Experience with senior living providers
Background as an Owner's Facility Team member or consultant
Construction cost estimating experience
Entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving passion
Willingness to travel up to 25% overnight
