Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of general engineering experience
  • 2+ years supporting production in manufacturing
  • Experience testing electronics and electrical systems
  • Hands-on troubleshooting of product issues

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of military hardware
  • Experience starting production lines
  • Understanding of non-conformance processes
  • Experience with vibration and thermal stress test setups

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance post-start
