  • Act as the post-sale technical lead, providing architectural guidance and building trusted advisor relationships to ensure platform delivers value.
  • Develop and implement technology strategies, create mutual success plans, and collaborate with account teams to drive adoption and growth of Salesforce Data 360 platform.
