Smith+Nephew is seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager for their Manufacturing and Quality & Regulatory Assurance (MFG & QRA) teams. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in IT service delivery management, particularly with AMS support models, and will focus on enhancing service delivery and user satisfaction

Job Summary

  • You will be assisting IT operating model which does include a mature AMS Service Delivery function working in conjunction with our AMS service provider and other IT service verticals.
  • You will look after delivery of "outstanding" Service Delivery (Run) operations against all standard benchmarks and criteria.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10+ years of Experience in IT
  • 5+ years in Service Delivery (Support) manager role
  • Previous experience of using an AMS provider support model
  • Experience with SAP–MES integrations
  • Hands-on experience with Tulip MES or similar Manufacturing Execution Systems
  • Experience in regulated life science industry
  • Management of multiple full implementation cycles of AMS
