  • Manage modern trade accounts like Dmart, Reliance, Metro, Walmart, Lulu, Spar, Star Bazaar etc. and size and seize market level opportunities.
  • Engage with distributors to create collaborative, long term relationships and manage trade spends as per agreed norms.
  • Lead, monitor, motivate and drive performance by leveraging selling tools and incentive programmes, and coach FSA’s on the Mars Sales & Distribution system.
