The Quality Assurance (QA) Team Lead is responsible for leading Continuing Education’s software testing strategy and execution across multiple projects and platforms.
This role oversees all aspects of QA and release management for DevOps, from defining testing frameworks and methodologies to code releases and deployments.

Key Requirements
5 years of work experience in software testing/QA
BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
Experience managing QA in Agile/DevOps web application environments
Hands-on expertise with web testing tools and frameworks
Familiarity with DevOps and cloud technologies
Strong expertise in SDLC, QA metrics, DevOps automation, and API testing
Proven leadership, mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and conflict resolution abilities
