Job Summary

  • Lead the site MSAT function responsible for all aspects of product lifecycle on site, focusing on performance, delivery, capabilities, behavioural development and talent management to enable the site to achieve its commercial objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership for rapid resolution of issues impacting supply and product performance using root cause analysis (RCA) tools and appropriate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Proactive Talent Management, including succession planning and capability building within the technical team while actively supporting the GSC graduate program and GSC Industrial Placement Programme.
