• The HRIS Analyst III serves as a senior Workday HCM expert responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing HR systems that support HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and enterprise operations.
• This role leads complex Workday initiatives, ensures data integrity and compliance, supports testing and documentation, and partners closely with cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business or related field
• Five or more years supporting HR systems
• Experience enabling AI-related Workday functionality
• Workday Pro certification highly preferred
