Job Summary
This role will manage the entire STL Capex budget and lead and drive site performance and reliability from these projects.
Ensures excellence in adherence to PSM, HSE, MIQA, export controls and trade secrets principles, and other Elementis core values, processes, and procedures.
Ensures site personnel are staffed and preparing for commissioning and start-up of the new facilities, including training, procedure updates, maintenance PM records updates, etc.

Key Requirements
B.S. in Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading capital projects
Experience working with full-service design contractors
Outstanding knowledge of the stage gate process
Understanding of capital project estimating processes
Prior experience improving performance and capability
