• The Indirect Real Estate practice covers high-value corporatised real estate transactions including M&A and JVs in relation to both corporate wrapped real estate and associated operational platforms as well as asset / investment management transactions and establishment of private REITs.
• The role offers the opportunity to work closely with partners on challenging, complex, high value and often high-profile indirect real estate transactions across a wide variety of real estate asset classes.
