Job Summary

  • The Benefits Senior Associate supports the Benefits COE with executing health & welfare program changes, managing vendor relationships, executing the benefits and compliance calendar.
  • In collaboration with the Benefits Manager, third party consultants and counsel, develops and maintains an annual health plan compliance calendar.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • GBA/CEBS certification
  • 5 years of relevant benefit experience

  • Working knowledge of ERISA, cafeteria plan rules and regulations
