The James Clinical Call Center Triage RN is responsible to be the primary responder to manage telephone calls within the defined scope of practice for established James patients.
The nurse will use established triage algorithms to guide the assessment and interventions that need to be taken based on the initial call assessment.
The role includes documenting assessments into the electronic medical record and serving as a clinical resource for scheduling staff regarding referral-based needs.
