Skills & Requirements
Must-have
HVAC/R systems operation and maintenance
Troubleshooting commercial refrigeration
Electrical and plumbing repair skills
Use of CMMS systems for work orders
Perform facility inspections and repairs
Energy efficient equipment maintenance
Nice-to-have
Working knowledge of Word and Excel
Experience with Corrigo CMMS
Trades school or apprenticeship background

Key Requirements
Universal CFC recovery certification or within 90 days
Minimum four years technical building engineering experience
High school diploma or GED
Valid state driver’s license
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
