The primary purpose of this job is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing supervision.
Essential duties include accurately preparing, administering, and documenting oral and/or topical medications, and observing residents for any reactions or refusals.
The role requires maintaining a friendly, productive working relationship with other healthcare professionals and participating in quality assurance programs to improve the medication process.
