Must-have
3–5 years of consultative sales experience
Ability to engage with CxO-level executives
Strong collaboration skills

Experience with ERP and CRM systems
Prior experience with Japanese clients
Understanding of manufacturing processes
Key Requirements
Native-level Vietnamese and business-level Japanese
Experience proposing solutions in Sales/Marketing or Finance
