Job Summary
The PCC is the primary access point for patients and their families and is responsible that the patient receives timely, efficient and compassionate customer service.
Responsibilities include greeting and arriving patients, obtaining and verifying insurance and demographic information, and facilitating patient care between primary, specialty, and ancillary services.
This role supports a culture of “yes” in support of a patient centered medical home and involves working independently and within a team on special projects.
