Must-have

  • Developmental Social Worker Diploma or equivalent
  • First Aid and CPR with Defibrillation certification
  • Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification
  • Lifts and Transfer training preferred
  • Personal Care Support experience required
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Valid Ontario Class G2 Driver's License

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with AIMS Case Management software
  • Background in supporting vulnerable populations
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member

Key Requirements

  • Minimum one year experience with adults with developmental disabilities
