  • You will be involved in managing public feedback which includes drafting replies to feedback providers and assisting the Manager in preparing feedback reports for submission to Management.
  • You will also assist in automation projects to improve feedback management processes, as well as auditing the service standards of replies.
  • You are expected to assist to analyse feedback trends and organise engagements with the relevant teams to resolve the issue collectively.
