Job Summary
You will be involved in managing public feedback which includes drafting replies to feedback providers and assisting the Manager in preparing feedback reports for submission to Management.
You will also assist in automation projects to improve feedback management processes, as well as auditing the service standards of replies.
You are expected to assist to analyse feedback trends and organise engagements with the relevant teams to resolve the issue collectively.
