Job Summary

  • This position performs a multitude of physical tasks for general and specialized cleaning of the Albany Capital Center.
  • Clean all areas of the Facility including, but not limited to, floors, bathrooms, walls, windows, offices, stairs, seating areas, ramps and walkways located inside and outside.
  • Operate Facilities equipment including, but not limited to, hand power-tools, floor scrubbers, sweepers, vacuums, etc.
