Provide advanced L2/L3 technical support, acting as the frontline contact to resolve complex customer requests and proactively identify pain points or opportunities for improvement.
Act as the 'Voice of the Customer' by synthesizing regional feedback to influence the product roadmap and identify new opportunities for premium or digital services.
