  • Provide advanced L2/L3 technical support, acting as the frontline contact to resolve complex customer requests and proactively identify pain points or opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as the 'Voice of the Customer' by synthesizing regional feedback to influence the product roadmap and identify new opportunities for premium or digital services.
