Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and established policies.
You will perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, and facility equipment including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical tasks as directed.
The position requires maintaining confidentiality of all resident care information and reporting any suspected unauthorized disclosures promptly.
