  • Provide expert operational support for Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) clusters, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability.
  • Own production incidents end-to-end, including diagnosis, remediation, root-cause analysis, and prevention of recurrence.
  • Support major incidents and participate in out-of-hours and on-call work where required.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Platform/Cloud/Application/Infrastructure roles
  • Hands-on experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) or similar Kubernetes platforms
  • AZ-900 or similar cloud fundamentals certification
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, YAML, Terraform, KQL)
  • Experience administering Azure components (RBAC, Entra ID, PIM, Policies)
  • Skilled with CLI tools (oc, kubectl, az)
  • Experience with CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps, Git)
  • Strong knowledge of observability tooling
  • Demonstrable experience supporting production platforms
  • Knowledge of Private ARO networking
